We are experiencing enquiry across the board with three homes under contract this week (50 Texas Road Jensen, 9 Kwila Crescent Douglas and another in Condon) …. Here are some little advantages they highlighted to selling through Christmas and New Year….

So don’t give up on selling over the Christmas period, buyers are still out there – who knows it may just work in your favor!
